Professor Adam Witold Tendera is a renowned figure in the field of cardiology, with a distinguished career spanning over several decades. He has held several prestigious positions throughout his career, including serving as President of the Polish Cardiac Society from 1995 to 1998 and the European Society of Cardiology from 2004 to 2006. Professor Tendera is a fellow of both the European Society of Cardiology and the American College of Cardiology since 1991. His contributions to the field of cardiology have been widely recognized, and he currently serves as a member of the Editorial Boards of several leading cardiology journals, including the European Heart Journal and the Polish Heart Journal.
